Intestinal Health Intro
Introduction to Intestinal Health....Naturally

We may recommended that you follow an intestinal health and repair program. The program includes protocols to help you avoid common food allergens, support your digestive processes, repair and restore intestinal health and function, and replenish the intestinal tract with friendly micro-organisms (probiotics) along with soluble and insoluble fibers (prebiotics).
There is an old saying “heal the gut, help the whole body” and this booklet provides many steps to help heal intestinal imbalances and dysfunction.
Take the following symptom questionnaire to help you and your practitioner identify underlying gastrointestinal problems you may be experiencing.

Number of “yes” responses
If you scored 4 or more in section A, you would benefit from the intestinal health
and repair program. The symptoms you are experiencing are due to suboptimal
digestive and intestinal function which leads to signi cant inammation and
irritation in the tissues that line your intestinal tract.
If you answered “yes” to 2 or more questions in section B, then you are most likely
experiencing intestinal dysbiosis, or an overgrowth of toxin producing bacteria,
yeast or parasites in your colon. In addition to the digestive and intestinal repair
therapies you would also bene t from the dysbiosis protocol.
